Who We Are
Dr. Sarah Herchel brings over two decades of expertise in higher education administration, with 15 years dedicated to academic leadership roles at the dean or provost level. She has contributed her skills to several Boston-based institutions, such as Boston University, Babson College, and Tufts University. Her academic background spans administration, policy, and planning, complemented by a Ph.D. concentrating in adult learning development. The adult learner demographic is currently the largest untapped demographic for educational ventures.
Throughout her career, Dr. Herchel has led teams across academic leadership, student affairs, and student services, developing academic programs, developing teaching and learning professional development opportunities, mentoring, and enhancing student engagement and success. She has shared her insights at national conferences, such as UPCEA and AAACE, focusing her research on online learning environments, student achievement, and mentorship. Her driving force is advancing innovation within higher education and building supportive infrastructure for success, both for learners and the bottom line.
